David H Headley is a literary agent, bookseller, and lifelong book enthusiast who has built his career discovering great stories and bringing people together around them. Founder of DHH Literary Agency, co-founder of Goldsboro Books, and co-creator of the Capital Crime Festival, he has spent more than two decades championing writers, supporting readers, and building vibrant literary communities.

Known for his sharp editorial eye and infectious enthusiasm, David works closely with authors to help ideas find the right home, while creating spaces where readers and writers can meet, talk, and share their love of storytelling. He also hosts the podcast Confessions of a Book Collector, exploring the stories, passions, and obsessions behind the world of books. Everything he does is driven by curiosity, energy, and a genuine belief in the magic of a great book.
